Voice Banking (FKA Dial A Bank)

Whether you need to check a balance, see if certain checks have cleared, transfer between accounts, or balance your accounts, Miners Voice Banking is right for you. With our Voice Banking we are getting information to you faster than ever before.

 Getting Set up

  • Call 218-744-5886
  • When calling for the FIRST time, select * to set up your security information.
  • Enter your User ID: Social Security # or EIN
  • Enter your temporary PIN code: Last 4 digits of your SS# or EIN
  • Verify the phone number you are calling from. If this is the number you will always be calling from, press 1. You can enter up to 3 phone numbers.
  • Set up your challenge questions and answers. You will need to set up 3 challenge questions. The system will prompt you to set up your first question and answer then your second, etc. Dates are formatted 00/00/0000.
  • Setup your Personalized Message. You can create your own by pressing 1, or use a prerecorded message by pressing 2.
  • Enter your new 4-6 digit PIN code, followed by the # key. It cannot be the same as your temporary PIN.
  • Enter your new 4-6 digit PIN code again, followed by the # key.
  • Your enrollment is now complete.

If you did not previously use the Dial A Bank phone banking, you will need to contact us to be activated.


My Mobile Money Access App

You can now manage your debit card by downloading our new My Mobile Money App! With our new App you can set interactive controls to help monitor activity and prevent unauthorized use. You can: turn your card on or off, Set alerts and deny transactions based on merchant or transaction type and location, Set alerts based on merchant or transaction type and location, Monitor and control dependent cardholders' usage, and Receive notifications of possible fraudulent transactions and take action. So at night when your sleeping, so is your debit card!

 Getting Set up

  • Visit iTunes or Google Play and search for "My Mobile Money Access." Download the app to your phone.
  • Open the app and have your debit card handy
  • Click the "Sign Up Free" button
  • You will be prompted to enter your card number
  • On the next screen enter your name, your CVV (the three digit security code on the back of your card) and your card expiration date to verify your identity.
  • After you accept the app Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, you will be asked for your email address, user name and password. You may choose to use your email address as your user name. You will also need to enter your full name.

And that's it - you're ready to use My Mobile Money Access


MasterCard Debit Cards with Chip Technology

You should have now received your new MasterCard debit card in the mail! Please activate your new MasterCard and shred your old Visa debit card! If you have not yet received your new MasterCard debit card, please contact our Customer Service department for review. Your MasterCard debit card will now have a built in chip that is activated once it is inserted into a "chip-activated terminal" that you use when you make everyday purchases. The chip will generate a one-time use code making it virtually impossible to counterfeit and helps reduce in-store fraud!

For our online shoppers, MasterCard offers SecureCode to give you an additional layer of security. SecureCode is a code that only you and the Miners National Bank will know! Merchants aren't able to see it! When shopping online you will be required to sign-up for SecureCode before you can make your purchase (if you haven't already). There are more than one million online merchants already using SecureCode for MasterCard.

By opting-in to accept E-Statements, the next time you log into your Online Banking, you will begin taking advantage of a quicker more convenient statement delivery!
